Craxi Gouda cheese young matured is naturally matured for eight to ten weeks. This gives the cheese more firmness and a fuller flavour. Deliciously soft and creamy, tasty Dutch farmer’s cheese made from unpasteurised cow’s milk.
Typical characteristic of our young mature farmer’s cheese is its distinctive soft and creamy taste. Its creamy texture makes it melt deliciously, making it an excellent choice for grilled cheese sandwiches, pasta dishes or cheese sauces.
This young naturally matured Gouda cheese is traditionally made with raw cow’s milk on the cheese farm in the Netherlands.
