Raw milk artisanal 48+ Gouda cheese naturally matured for ± 4 to 6 weeks. The cheese is always freshly cut and vacuum-packed (free of charge) after receiving your online order. We also supply cheese paper. In this, you can store the cheese after removing it from the vacuum packaging. In the fridge, it will keep for up to 2 weeks. Your cheese is hand-cut and therefore the weights of the ordered cheese may vary slightly. If the weight is less than the weight ordered you will be compensated. If it’s more! Then enjoy it.
