Craxi Gouda farmer’s cheese is still made by hand from fresh raw cow’s milk on the cheese farm in the Netherlands according to a centuries-old tradition and recipe. The result is the pure taste of authentic Gouda cheese with a deliciously characteristic, rich, and powerful flavour that we are proud of.

NATURAL: young to 3 years old
