Raw milk artisanal 48+ Gouda cheese naturally matured for 12 months. The cheese is always freshly cut and vacuum-packed (free of charge) after receiving your online order. We also supply cheese paper. In this, you can store the cheese after removing it from the vacuum packaging. In the fridge, it will keep for up to 2 weeks. Your cheese is hand-cut and therefore the weights of the ordered cheese may vary slightly. If the weight is less than the weight ordered you will be compensated. If it’s more! Then enjoy it.

This gouda cheese has matured for 12 months. Despite its age, it is still very sliceable, and small “salt crystals” have formed during the long ripening process. This old Gouda cheese will be an eye-opening taste experience a beautifully rounded, full-ripened Gouda farmer’s cheese with a robust texture and aromatic flavour made from unpasteurised milk.
