Craxi baby Gouda fenugreek cheese. This small farmhouse Gouda cheese of ±1 kilo is made according to the traditional method with raw cow’s milk on the cheese farm in Holland. This artisan Gouda cheese contains fenugreek seeds.
Adding fenugreek seeds to raw milk gouda is a very flavourful combination. The fenugreek plant is native to the Mediterranean region, Southern Europe and Western Asia. This plant is about 60-90 cm tall and has green leaves, small white flowers, and pods with small golden-brown seeds.
Our Craxi raw milk cheese with fenugreek seeds has a slightly sweet and nutty flavour similar to celery, maple syrup, and brown sugar with a subtle aroma reminiscent of freshly cut hay.
