- Gouda fenugreek: Artisanal Gouda cheese with fenugreek seeds is a flavorful combination. Fenugreek has a distinctive nutty taste, with sweet undertones reminiscent of maple syrup, caramel, and brown sugar.
- Gouda onion/garlic: Craxi Gouda onion/garlic is a small, artisanal farmstead Gouda, crafted using raw cow’s milk at a dairy farm in the Netherlands. This artisanal Gouda contains onion, garlic, bell pepper, ginger, and horseradish.
